BUSINESS TRUST & READINESS

Credibility should be demonstrated, never assumed.

Avencrest is building a proposed UK B2B collections and credit-control business. This page sets out what must be verified before we make claims about results, clients, credentials or capacity.

CURRENT STATUS

Pre-launch: Avencrest has not published independently verified client recovery statistics, customer testimonials, professional accreditations or completed collection case studies. The absence of published case studies must not be read as evidence of a track record.

What our current website demonstrates

Our public pages describe proposed service scopes, activity-based package prices and educational collections processes. The health check, quote estimator and downloadable example reports are demonstrations or fictional illustrations. They do not establish that a debt has been collected or a customer has instructed us.

Claims requiring evidence before publication

  • Company identity: registered name, trading address and relevant contact details, checked against authoritative records once established.
  • Operational capacity: actual team roles, field availability and geographic coverage supported by contracts, staffing and insurance.
  • Regulatory and professional scope: verified status and proper descriptions of the services genuinely permitted and provided. No implication of enforcement powers or solicitor status.
  • Recovery results: signed client mandate, reliable collection ledger, defined calculation period and the client's permission to disclose a claim.
  • Testimonials and case studies: genuine source, written consent and a clear distinction between work completed, in progress and proposed.

Responsible commercial collections standards

Appropriate engagement starts with the creditor's authority, accurate invoice records and a clear understanding of disputes. Contact activity should be proportionate, recorded and subject to applicable legal and data-protection requirements. If an invoice is disputed, the process should recognise the dispute rather than present collection as an unquestioned right to payment.

The proposed £19, £39 and £149 packages describe defined activities; they do not imply guaranteed recovery or recovery of a particular debt.

Data handling and confidentiality

Live instructions must not be accepted until verified contracts, a secure customer channel, lawful processing arrangements and an approved privacy notice exist. The public preview form does not transmit customer enquiries or debtor files. Do not submit named debtor details or sensitive financial records through this site.

How future case studies will be assessed

Any published example should distinguish the creditor's initial position, agreed activities, dispute status, verified account outcome and limitations. No recovery rate, collected value, success percentage or industry testimonial should be published without underlying records and explicit permission. Fictional samples must remain clearly labelled illustrative.
