Management KPIs and caveats
- DSO: debtor days measure depending on the selected accounting formula; interpretation depends on billing mix and period.
- Ageing movement: opening overdue balance, additions, cleared receipts, credits and closing balance, reconciled to client records.
- Promise kept rate: promises due and cleared on time, with missed commitments visible separately.
- Dispute value: number, cause, age and current owner of unresolved account queries.
- Risk alerts: exposures above creditor-set limits or deteriorating payment behaviour, for client decision—not automated credit refusal.
- Cash forecast inputs: customer-stated payment dates labelled uncertain, not guaranteed future cash flows.
